The mobility support on the Stoos
Discover the Stoos up close and personal, far away from asphalt roads. With the help of the JST Mountain Drive from the Cerebral Foundation, this is also possible for people with limited mobility.
Because of the extremely powerful electric motor, bumpy hiking paths as well as steep inclines can be mastered without any problems.
After arriving on the Schwyz-Stoos funicular, the JST Mountain Drive can be obtained at the mountain station in the Stoos Shop after prior reservation and brief instruction by our staff.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
The pick-up point is the Stoos Shop & Rental, Stoosplatz 2. Please call us approx. 30 minutes before your arrival on 041 818 08 88 so that we can prepare the JST Mountain Drive wheelchair for you.
The JST Mountain Drive is designed for a maximum payload of 100 kg and the driver should be able to change the wheelchair independently or be accompanied by a trained attendant.
The information regarding right-handed or left-handed operation is required to set up the controls correctly.
Suitable for children aged 10 and over (accompanied by an adult), a child seat with Isofix system can be used.
Please ensure that your mobile phone is charged for emergencies on the day of hire.
Rental is possible from 9.30 am and return by 3 pm at the latest (on return, please inform the rental office by telephone on 041 818 08 88).
Reservations must be made by 5 pm the day before at the latest.
Please note that the use of the wheelchair is at your own risk. Stoosbahnen AG accepts no liability.
Self-inflicted damage will be charged at cost.
